Different issues can cause lick granuloma and I address some of them below
from fasting, changing diets, herbs & aromatherapy to energy balancing
techniques.
For the topicals I suggest to try some of the following:
EMT Gel - which is a collagen that supports new cell growth by acting
as a tissue adhesive while sealing and protecting. Reduces pain, bleeding,
scarring, and risk of infection. -

North American Tree Resin Company's Hotspot/Livestock Formula -
contains highly antiseptic resin or pitch from coniferous trees. In addition
to treating staph, cuts, fungal and other wounds, pitch salve quickly repairs
the damage caused by lick granulomas.

dog isn't allergic to pine)
Coconut Oil - a medium chain fatty acid is a skin healer with
antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Internally - 1 tsp. per
10 lbs. of body weight - externally - 1 tablespoon with 15 drops of grapefruit
seed extract to make it taste icky.

Also, when you spray a product on a cut or wound, also spray the opposite leg
or hip etc. which seems to confuse them. Make sure it's dry before leaving
them to their own devices.
